Change Owner of File

Hi,

We have a client who is currently under our account and we want to change this so it is under their name and charged to them instead of us. We will still be the main contact for the file at this stage. How do we do this?

Thank you for the post. For us to update and charge the file to another person, you need to reach out to our Live Chat or thru our Product Support by going to Contact Us page for security and privacy purposes. But in the future, if you are planning to change the owner of the file, you need to process a Change of Details.
