Confirmation company file

Hi,   Few months ago, I was asked to confirm my compnay files, I was unable to confirm online so I confirmed by phone, all went well until recently I've been asked to confirm again, and this happen...

    Hi Joey4,

     

    Thank you for letting us know your concern and welcome to the Community Forum! I'll be glad to assist you with this. There is no limit in confirming your company file, and we need to confirm the file on a regular basis. I can help you to confirm it by sending a license file. Please send me a Private Message containing the following:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business name
    • Company File ID and build number (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

     

    Please let me know if you need further help.
