MYOB File Ownership

I have a new client recently engaged.

The MYOB file Ownership is with the previous accountant.

How do I get this changed?

(I requested help with this yesterday and received no response at all)

Please help as this is urgent!

To change the ownership of an MYOB file, we need to communicate with the Primary contact or the Owner of the account. I'll send you a Change of Details form via email.
