3 Week Payment in Lieu of Notice

Hi

 

Hope you are all well.

 

Can you assist please - employee has given 3 weeks in lieu of notice and employer has accepted starting from today.

How do I process the the final pay?

Hi @Ddom 

 

Thanks for your post. If the payment in lieu of notice is an ETP you will need to set up ETP payroll categories and process the termination pay as per the steps in the following help articles. I would recommend clarifying the payment type and the amount of PAYG to withhold on the ATO website.
