AccountRight payroll tax tables

Hi,

How can I view the payroll tax table in AccountRight. Reason I'm asking is I'm using MYOB AccountRight in another country and not based in Australia/New Zealand.

As AccountRight is marketed and designed for the Australian and New Zealand product markets the software is design to comply with the latest tax tables for that.

In terms of the PAYG tax tables that are available in the Australian AccountRight software, these are designed for Australian businesses and are not able to be changed or altered to be a different country's tax tables. If you are using the software in a different country, you may want to speak to the software provider for your region.

In saying that, to directly answer your question the tax table calculations would be listed in the Payroll>>Payroll categories>>Taxes. With here you can select the respective tax table and apply the necessary row formula to calculate the tax amount.

So i'm unable to manuually insert or add a tax table for the country I'm in?

In regards to the repective tax tables under payroll catergories, am I able to edit this?

Hi @Nansco_08 

The tax tables information is unable to be edited or updated by a user. AccountRight is designed to have the latest tax table for Australia (pending an active AccountRight subscription being in place), other country's payroll tax tables are not able to be added. 

However, if required, a user can update the tax amount manually on a payroll transaction by going into the Pay Employee window at the time of recording and manually updating the tax amount to be the required amount. Note: This would need to be done on a per pay per employee basis.
