Creating a payroll bank file using Apple products.

Hi,

I have tried to do the Payroll from home on an Apple Ipad but the bank file generated has never worked.

Has anyone had any luck doing this and what am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the Community Forum.

When working from your Ipad, which web browser are you using, if possible I would suggest using Google Chrome to download the bank file. 

Can you please clarify if the issue is with downloading the bank file or when you go to upload it through your bank's portal?

If the issue is with downloading the bank file, are you able to download the bank file from another device at all?

Please let me know how this goes.
