Employee Self Onboarding however not filtering file

I have had 2 employees complete and submit their forms for self employee onboarding and after a week im still waiting for it to come up in my card file ???

Hi @Buffd 

Thanks for your post. You should see an employee card created in your file within an hour of the employee submitting their online form. 

Make sure the employee gets a confirmation when they submit the form.

I recommend your employees to fill out the form again and making sure they see a confirmation when they select Submit.
