Employee created out of no where

Hi Team,

 

I have got a question in regard to the employee card created.

The issue here is I did not created this employee card and only 2 people have access to the payroll system in our company.

As the other staff mentioned that she did not create this as well, was there any way to find out whose ID was used to created this?
As I saw there was a transaction for this card occured in Dec 2022 (pic attached), but could not find anything.

Thank you for your post. 

 

There is a security audit report that you will be able to run. This will be able to tell you what transactions have been made by users for a selected period.

Thank you for replying.

 

I tried the report as you suggested, but it only can show you sales, purchase, inventory, disbursement, receipt, and general.

but i need to check the payroll if there is someone has change some record or not.

Is there any other function i can use?

Hi @SWI-Accounts 

 

The history on the image you have shown is not related to Payroll - that is on the Payroll Details > Pay History tab, nor to Sales or Purchase transactions (as an employee cannot be a customer/supplier).

 

What you are looking at is most likely Sales transactions for other customers where this employee was selected as the Salesperson. Look at Salesperson reports under Sales to find.
