Exporting Employees Cards to Excel after using Self-Onboarding Form - Format Error

Hi, I noticed that after using the Online Self-Onboarding Form, when I export the employees card to Excel, the new employees who have completed the Self-Onboarding Form, their card info is split into two rows, therefore most data are not aligned to the correct column header. How can I fix this?
