MYOB is not deduction superannuation at 10.5% rate

MYOB is not deduction superannuation at 10.5% rate - I have current version updated but it is still deducting at 9,5%. How can this be corrected?

Hi @hhlhhl 

 

What rate is set on the Super Guarantee Payroll category set for this employee? -See Lists > Payroll Categories > Superannuation.
