Keeps coming up with error Message try again later. Makes it hard when you have been trying for a couple of hours and dont want to forget to pay it. Please advise

We are currently investigating reports from users that they are receiving the errors Whoops something went wrong or This service is not unavailable when attempting to process super payments.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused. I'll update this post when more information is available.

Hi,
I had this same issued last week.
Over the weekend I realised that one of our super funds has changed their name again and they now have a new USI number.
Once I updated the USI number for the fund, I was able to process the super contributions.
For me, the super fund that changed was the following:
LGIA Super (formerly Energy Super) are now known as Brighter Super:
their new USI is QLG0001AU/QLG0001AU
Their ABN is still the same.
I hope this may help some of you with this issue.

Thanks Michelle we don't use that one at all, and i wouldn't know where to start to find if any had changed.. i will start to look into it though, cheers
