Hi all,

I have been having an ongoing issue with MYOB when I want to delete an incorrect pay it throws up a message saying " Something's gone wrong and accountright needs to close"  This has happened on numerous times and its only happening to the salaried staff.  I now cannot view any salaried staff in the employee card as well

It will not let me reverse the pay as well... its it a setting issue? I have checked the tax table and can confirm that the version I have downloaded is current.

Hi @Chloe123, 

Thank you for your post. When you receive the message 'Something's gone wrong, AccountRight needs to close', on the bottom left hand side there is an option for view error details. Can you please click on this, save the log and attach it to this post so I can take a look into this for you. 

Additionally can I please also confirm the following:

• Is your file online or offline ?
• Are you running a server or a local computer ?

Thank you for working with me via private messages, just thought I'd jump back on this post and update it incase other users may be experiencing the same thing. This was resolved by running a script over the online file.
