Payroll customer service extremely poor - all promises and no advice

2 hour wait, then person refused to advise over phone, would email instructions. Still waiting !!?

I'm sorry to hear that you've had that experience. Having a look at your account I can see that your call related to setting up Reportable fringe benefits. The Help Article, Reportable fringe benefits amounts with STP, has detailed instructions.
