Hi,
While uploading the pay run to the ATO, the transaction timed out, so I ran it again and now the transactions have shown up twice.
I only paid the employees once.
How do I fix this?

Although this error is not common, I have seen this occur when Accountright encounters a connection/time-out error. In this case, you will need to reverse the duplicate pay run. Please find a step-by-step guide below on doing a reversal in your software:
