Payroll statement in STP phase 2.

Hi

Unfortunately I updated to the new STP phase 2 for one of our smaller companies to see how it looked. As a result I can not get an accuarate Payment summary for our employees. The gross wages are visable on the EOFY finialisation page, but they are not reported in the Verification Report or the PDF of the payment summary.

I called myob payroll, after being on hold for 50 mins than chatting to someone that really didn't understand my query, I was put on hold and then cut off. Hoping that I get a better response from this forum.

This is happened to multiple clients who I am trying to assist with finalisations. Is there a way to resolve?

I just processed a .01 cent pay and that worked.
