I have been on hold for two hours . Is that normal? When I say normal - I mean for MYOB cause it just isnt normal.

I waited two hours. That's 120 minutes for someone to answer my phone call. I missed 8 calls while on hold, I then had to return their calls and one of those missed calls cost me a customer. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional behavior.
