Processing Payroll 1/7/22 | AR

I have a client who has attempted to process a payroll twice this morning. (I have not completed their finalisation yet) She has gone to record the payroll but it is not recording. I had thought maybe because in previous years it has been due to GMT but she attempted only 5 minutes ago.
Edit: STP2 has not yet been switched on.

Yes I have tried again this morning and the issue is still happening. When I record the pay, the error message I receive is "An application operation has timed out. Would you like to retry the operation?". I try again & have the same the same issue.

Hi @Melisa_D 

I ended up getting support as all attempts were failing.  It turned out to be a duplicate super fund causing the issue.  Once I removed the duplicate fund, we were able to process the payroll.  It seems specific to the new payroll year as 45 other pays were processed on 30/6/22 without any issues.
