RETURNED SUPER ANNUATION PAYMENT

Hi,  Received an email from MYOB advising processed superannuation payment would be returned due to an error, and a how to fix link.

I've followed this link to reverse the payment for the last couple of days, but it not working.  Is there still a MYOB issue or am I doing something wrong?

Re: RETURNED SUPER ANNUATION PAYMENT

Hi @DebbiM2705

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Have you reversed and reprocessed the transaction ? If you have and the status hasn't updated yet please give it some time as the pay super service had been disabled while our teams dealt with the duplication error, it has been re-enabled now and the status should update shortly.

Do let me know if you have any further questions.

Cheers,
Melisa

Re: RETURNED SUPER ANNUATION PAYMENT

Hi Melisa.  I have followed the instructions in the email to reverse the transaction.  When I hit record reversal there are red crosses next to employee (transaction has already been processed or cancelled) and red x nest to amount.  It's been an hour and not updated?

Re: RETURNED SUPER ANNUATION PAYMENT

Hi @DebbiM2705

If you click on the red cross, does information appear in regards to the error ?

Cheers,
Melisa
