SINGLE TOUCH PAYROLL BMS ID CATEGORY ERROR

We have been on STP1 and rolled onto STP2 at the start of July 2022.  As of yesterday 14.03.23 Myob is telling me our business has not reported previous payroll sotfware BMS ID and to Send Event Update.  Our ATO Portal clearly shows the same BMS ID on every fortnightly payroll lodgement and yet MYOB won't allow me to run payroll today. When we try to send an event update it errors and says at the top of screen YOU MUST SPECIFY A CATEGORY!

Any assistance appreciated.
