STP EOY balance is different from Payroll Activity Report

Hi,

We have a employee who changed to casual from full time during October last year. In the Payroll activity summary the full amount of wages is showing but in the YTD verification report the amount paid before making the adjustments is not reflecting. But no changes to taxes. 

Any idea how to fix this?
