Super Member number rejecting but is correct

Hello!

When i process super, it has rejected a staff members for having an incorrect member number, but this number according to the super fund and the stapled super search through ATO as being correct.

It is a fairly long number and starts with two zero's, so i'm wondering if MYOB has a bit of a glitch because of this?

Help please! i've been trying to fix this for two consecutive qaurters now.

Re: Super Member number rejecting but is correct

Hi @nahaccounts,

Thanks for that.

With this fund, you need to enter the prefix '065' at the start of the member number. This should then allow you to process your payments successfully.

Do let me know if the issue persists.
