Re: Invoice Emails being rejected by a few of our Client's server. What can I do ? Are the addresses being blacklisted by MYOB ? Please help.
I'm having this same issue, its only started since we setup the myob online payments, so the body of the invoice now contains links etc. I contacted support, they said its our IT issue, but its not, not is it a client IT issue, i've checked with some. Hi, while playing around the with brower version i had turned on bank feeds but never started using it, i'm starting to move over to the brower version of myob now and it has an unallocated transactions amount that i'd like to clear, it goes too far back to unreconcile and re-do. I've finally gotten some time to fix our templates as i noticed that some of them come out wiht the lines all around the boxes. Now that i'm in there fixing the template, i've made the border white on all of them, but if i save the invoice to PDF and occasionally when i email them, the lines are still all appearing.
