Superannuation ERROR

Good Afternoon.

Everytime I try to update my super details as requested I get this error.

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

 

I have been able to print but not submit this updated form. I and believe MYOB wont process super until this is submitted. I am a small business that pays super weekly and would like this sorted NOW.

Can anyone help me please.

    Sorry to hear about this. To accept this new disclosure statement you need to be the file Owner or the Administrator, if you're listed as one of these can you please clear your AccountRight cache and re-attempt to accept the new terms.
