One month and four days ago I transacted a superannuation payment. (Just like the many before it) As it stands including several messages from a modertor with pormises of a resolution, the payment is still sitting there with the status "Processing Payment". This is obviously not the case. After having reversed the payment and re posting it I now have two entries that are being processed.
Thought I'd give support a call but that is just a flight of fancy. Waiting time of over an hour. (That should tell you something).
Looking for a means to off-load our super by way of other means if this not resloved this week. Will then look to move away from MYOB altogether.
