We have recieved the refund for the duplicate payment taken from our our account for super last month, but our emoloyees still have not had the funds credited into their superannaution accounts for January super. I understand MYOB refunded the 1st payment, 4 february, debited to our bank acount, but what has happened to the payment debited on 14 February.

The Pay Superannuation service was temporarily disabled while our teams dealt with the duplicate charge problem, the service has been re-enabled and payments should process through shortly.
Please note that the status in the Manage Payments window is only updated when viewed/logged in by a Pay Super Administrator or Authoriser. And once the payments reach the super fund, it is up to the individual super fund when to allocate the payments to employee accounts.
