Unable to move to STP2

Hi there,

I've followed online instructions to move to STP2, but cannot find  Get started on the Single Touch Payroll reporting screen in the web browser. I called customer service and was told the function is currently paused/closed? What can we do now?

Hi @Fionamm, 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! At the moment transitions to STP 2 has been paused while our teams are making some improvements. Further updates on when transitions can begin again will be made on this Help Article. 

In the meantime you can continue to report STP via STP 1.
