Can I clean up older Company Files - Account Right
Since the inception of regular product upgrades to Account Right, it no longer creates an older version of the Company file in my Account Right Library (My Files are not on line, they are local) Refer to attached image as an example. I need to know if it is safe to delete the older Company files. I have files with postfix from (Old v2020.3) through to (Old 2023.9) and the last one is (Old 2099.9) I have to assume that unless I need to open up an older version of the company, I should not need to keep it. I also ensure that I keep historical data whenever I roll over a financial year. Interested to know what others have done with these files. Regards.Solved48Views0likes2Comments
