Undeliverable email

Hi, 

 

My client has been receiving undeliverable email when we email payslips through MYOB. 


Can someone help with this issue? Can this be fixed on MYOB's end?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! We can check the email address on our end to see if it may have been blacklisted, can you please send me a private message with the below details so I can check this for you:

    • Serial number 
    • Email address that is bouncing back emails
