Why does one of my employee gross payments on the payment summary not match the payroll activity report. This is not STP.

Why does the gross amount on the payment summary not match the gross amount on the payroll summary report for one employee?  I am not yet using STP.

Hi @Melkris 

 

As payment summary information is based on the employee's card history I would recommend comparing the Payroll Activity report with that of the Payroll Register report. Do check out Payroll Activity Summary vs Payroll Register Summary report for more information

 

Once those reports have balance relook into the payment summaries. If they are still not balancing then you would be ensuring that you have linked the appropriate categories in Step 4: Payment Summary Fields of the Payment Summary Assistant to that desired payment summary field.
