error messages of closing while trying to do a termination pay

Hi, I have received two error messages of MYOB wanting to close.

one was while trying to assisgn a catergory for the termiantion pay and one wehn i was trying to open the employees card

the card error message code was: MYOB.Huxley.API.HuxleyApplicationException

and the other one was : system. invalid operation excepttion.

Please help as i need to do this today
