payroll

I have changed an employee from part time to full time salary.  Entitlements are now not showing.  All details seem to be the same as other full time employee so don't know what I have done wrong.  Also there is no little blue arrow next to holiday pay to enter notes. see attached.  How do I get the little blue arrows to show when entering annual leave or personal leave in payroll.  Thanks TV

Thank you for your post. however, sorry to see no one has responed to you yet. 

 

Could you please confirm if you are still having trouble with this? I so, could you clarify if the entitlement categories aren't showing when processing payroll? Or are not showing in the employee's card?
