restoring file from backup to library

I am unable to restore a file from backup to my library in order to work on the file it is saved in 2019.3 but myob asks about upgrading to 2019.4 it gets as far as the welcome screen then it just shuts down?

it is an offline folder that i rarely work on but last used it and backed it up in Oct 19

Hi @sironmonger 


Try running the company file through the tool that is available on Unable to open AccountRight file. This has resolved similar issues for clients.
