When trying to open 1 of our employee card files, an error comes up and wants to restart AcountRight. I have attached the error log below.

Can I please just get you to confirm the last 4 digits of your serial number as well as the company file ID (This can be found under Help >About) for the file experiencing this issue, and then I will be able to investigate further.
