software upgrade

Hello since this MYOB software has been upgraded my reconciliation account does not match
i reconciled on the 30/6/22 when i was going to do the next month there was wage payments
previously from june cant work this out tried ringing support and instant text :-(

You should be able to undo the reconciliation and re-reconcile to resolve this issue. 

 

If it is just your wages that are showing as unreconciled you can go through each reconciliation to the earliest payroll date that is still listed as unreconciled, and undo, then re-reconcile your bank statements. 

 

All you will need to do is enter in the bank statement date, click the select all box at the top and this should balance out.
