Hello
I touched base yesterday and was mid chat but lost connection and the chat so am trying again today. I cannot open MYOB. Says back up in progress. Been stuck 2 days. Have closed myob. Turned off computer for a long time and re started. Neither helped. I hope someone can guide me how to fix this.
