Case Number 01052719 - run script on items

Hi

 

Can someone please contact me regarding case number 01052719. We need a script run on our items data and n one has contacted me back regarding this. I have posted this before but the issue is just ignored both on the phone and in these messages.

 

Hopeful for a resolution.

Hi

 

These are my error messages

Summary of errors
Error -109: Tax Type is not found.
Error -1022: The ItemNumber value cannot begin with a space.
Error -4065: You have sales on file for this item
Error -4066: You have purchases on file for this item
Error -4068: You have sales or purchases on file for this item
Error -4077: You have sales for this item.

 

From previous experience think that 4077 is the issue and needs a script run.

I'm happy to arrange that script to be run over your file, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the file ID of that file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

No it did not work. Can you please run again - we have had issues before where the script needed to be run serveral times before it worked.

I have processed the script for the -4077 error again. Make sure to log off and restart AccountRight before you try again.
