Complaint

Issues with stock for about eight months now we have been trying to get help with this but nothing. Shame on you,

 

We just need an expert to book in a phone call with us for help. Too much to ask?

We are having diferent issues with our software but the same issues with support. 8 months now and counting. Event thier sales team who are trying to sell us the next package up are involved try to get us some support.

MYOB just schedule in phone calls to help your customers you would probably find we will make ourself avaiable if you give us some notice. After you help this customer can you help us. We have been waiting almost 8 months not with lots of emails and phone calls.

Sorry to hear that you have had that experience contacting our phone-based teams. We cannot arrange callbacks via this channel, but if you do have any enquiry, you are always welcome to post it on this Forum.


In terms of your issue, you mentioned you have some issues with the stock. We do have a script that we can arrange for to be run over the company file that does impact items' history and has been known to address unusual numbers for inventory for a number of users. We are happy to arrange for that script to be run for you - we would need for you to confirm the following information:

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

If the issue is something else, please give us the details so we can then advise accordingly.
