Dates on Aged Payables

We are trying to run Aged Payables and Receivable Reports as of 30.06.23 however it is not recognising the date and giving us everything up until today?

Also when we do a back up everyday it never recognises that we have previously done a backup??

Re: Dates on Aged Payables

Hi @carsearch1 , welcome to the forum. Please use the Receivables (and Payables) reconciliation reports when you need back-dated reports. The "Aged" reports always include all open balances, and the date is merely for aging.

What about our backups never being recognised?

Re: Dates on Aged Payables

Sorry, yes, that's a known issue only affecting the display of that date. The actual backups have been done, you can check the dates on the zip files. Maybe this issue will be corrected one day.
