Why would you not be able to find a matching debtor on the online version but you can on the desktop version? Had to apply a payment that did not exist on the online AR as opposed to the online desktop version which had the invoice available to apply.

Thanks for your post.
Kindly provide us with more details regarding your concern. If you can provide screenshots of the window where you can see the debtor in desktop version and a window in browser version where you cannot see the debtor. Make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
