Email bounce backs

Hi there, I'm getting a number of payslip and remittance advice bounce backs. I have never had any issue with these emails before. I've been reading on the community forum that some email addresses have been blacklisted by MYOB. Can someone help me from MYOB? Just advised the wait time on the phone was 78 minutes !?!

    • Serial number 
    • Confirmation of the email addresses that are bouncing back
