Invoices Blank

I am having so many issues with invoices lately. I am trying to send them off this morning and all my invoice details (except the invoice number and date) are blank. The amount and description are all blank.

I have closed and reopened - cleared my cache - nothing is working 

everytime i send an invoice, it also removes my bank details from the invoice for payment 

This is so incredibly frustration @MYOB as i then have to spend so much extra time back tracking and chasing up payments that can't be made without the details
