In the past few days we have been receiving undeliverable messages from MYOB Account Right when we send invoices to one client. We have been sending them for years and it has just in the last few days said they are "rejected" and unable to be sent.
I have read on other posts it could be related to being blacklisted by hotmail which is the email address we are trying to send to. Is that the case?

Hi @amandapns
Yes, if noreply@apps.myob.com is blacklisted then the emails would be undelivered with this diagnostic code. Therefore, we would recommend getting this email address whitelisted or alternatively sending the emails using Outlook, which can be done by unticking Send emails using AccountRight under Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing.
