Issue with Importing Supplier cards

IS there currently any known issues with importing data into Accountright from a text file.

 

I am unable to import supplier cards -

 

I keep getting an error and MYOB wants to restart - error log message is attached?

Hi @KristyNH , would you be able to attach the first dozen lines or so of the file you are importing? Has this layout worked in the past?

I import these reports every few days and never had a problem before.

 

Is there a way I can send these to you on a Private message as it has personal details in the reports.

Hi @KristyNH , I reviewed the text file (comma-separated) and found that the "" around a value in address line 1 was causing the import to crash (when moving to the field matching screen, ie when loading the import file). Removing those "" characters allowed the mport to succeed. 

 

Perhpas a moderator could run this issue by the developers?
