Hi,

Is anyone else having problems with the system crashing when changing a date of an existing invoice?

Hi @Shez2212

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please confirm if you get any error messages ? If you don't can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after this has happened and attach it as a .TXT file to this thread so we can investigate.

Cheers,
Melisa

Re: Myob crashing when changing invoice dates

Hi @Shez2212

Apologies for the delay in my response, the error "System.InvalidOperationException" can be caused by irregular characters, such as # @ % &, etc. in a customer's Bank Account Name recorded in your company file. Our help article Something's gone wrong error: "System.InvalidOperationException" has information and instructions on what to check in your customers card to see if this could be causing the error.

Do let me know how you go.
