Printing shipping address

On each card file it gives you the option of 5 shipping addresses.

However if I have multiple addresses, they all print on the invoice rather than just the shipping address I have selected.

Thanks for your post. You can customise the invoices and select which address you want to display. Go to Setup>>Customise forms>>select the form you are using.

We are not quite on the same page.

When I go to the card file it gives me the option of listing 5 shipping addresses. For a single customer.

When I want to print an invoice, it gives me the option of selecting one of five shipping addresses. We have multiple customers with different branches.

What is happening is that all the 5 different shipping addresses print on the invoice, even though I am only selecting address (2).

Hi @Shaun58 , are you using a custom invoice form? What type of layout is it? If you edit this form, does the content give a clue as to the cause?

Can you print the same invoice to a standard form? Does it still show the same issue?
