Hi
We have been using the Settlement discount for years when we receive a payment and the discount is taken, but in the last week it is not accepting the discount can you please advise if an update could have affected this.

Thanks for your post. I am not aware of any update affecting customer discounts. What are the steps you are taking to apply the discount? And what is the exact error message that appears?
