Recurring Journals making MYOB "restart" after Upgrade

Hi

 

Since upgrading yesterday (desktop version online - via web browser) MYOB won't allow any "recurring " transaction to be recorded.

 

Can this be fixed, please?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Our developers are currently investigating and we do apologise for the inconvenience. In the meantime, entering those journals in the browser will allow you to record them successfully.

Hi

 

Why won't MYOB allow recurring transactions since the upgrade to 2022.7?

 

This going backward in our workplace, we depend on all our recurring journals for efficiency however we cannot now, which makes a lot of room for errors.

 

Please help MYOB!

As previously explained, our developers are investigating the issue where recording general journals causes AccountRight to crash in 2022.7. Until this is resolved, entering those journals in the browser will allow you to record them successfully.
