Serial number change, loss of attachments

I wanted to get an older invoice for warranty purposes and they are all gone. We had a change in serial number and a few issues since then. What can we do to get them back?

Welcome to the Community Forum.

 

You should be able to log into your MY.MYOB account and get your invoices there. 

 

If you are unable to locate it can please send me a Private Message containing the following: 

  • Business name
  • Serial number
  • your full name
  • Month and year of the invoice
