Setting customer discounts

Hi fellow MYOBians Smiley Happy

I would like to know if there is a way to set certain discounts on items for certain custmers.

For example, a customer gets a set 10%, which is set in their customer file. But there is certain products that either have less dicount or none at all.

I am currently changing manually on the invoice for each of the non discounted items. Is there a way i can set this up, so it automatically picks up what discount to use when invoicing.

Thanks

Re: Setting customer discounts

Hi, @DonnaLee1972

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

As per checking, you can set up a discount for every item and have it linked to your customers. This feature will allow you to set up different prices for your items based on who's buying and how much they are buying. For further information on how to set it up, you may check out out the Help Article: Custom price levels.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance with this.

Best regards,

Doreen
