Why am i getting this message when im trying to do account transfers. i also cant delete the statement downloads from imports.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Are you still experiencing this ? Can you please confirm if you're using AccountRight in the browser ? If you are can you confirm the last 4 digits of the your product serial number.
